摘要
随着人们生活水平的提高,环境保护工作越来越被重视。采用石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫产生的废水,呈现弱酸性,PH值低于5.7;悬浮物高,但颗粒细小,主要成分为粉尘和脱硫产物(CaSO4和CaSO3);同时含有可溶性的氯化物和氟化物、硝酸盐等,还有Hg、Pb、Ni、As、Cd、Cr等重金属离子,直接排放将对当地受纳水体产生了一定的负面影响,根据脱硫废水这一特点,采用一套物理、化学方法处理工艺,达到环境保护排放要求。
There are several drawbacks of wastewater produced by limestone-gypsum flue gas desulfurization which have negative affect on receiver: weak acidic, PH value is lower than 5.7; content high suspended substance consist of dust, CaSO 4 and CaSO3 ;soluble chloride, fluoride, nitrate and heavy metal ions such as Hg, Pb, Ni, As, Cd and Cr. According to drawbacks, a physical and chemical treatment was applied to meet the requirements.
