摘要 工业机器人的应用已经成为汽车制造业现代化水平的重要标志之一。机器人焊接系统是一个典型多复杂系统的集成应用,自主研发基于PROFIBUS现场总线的系统控制技术,实现面向汽车工业的多机器人焊接系统的多层次、多总线系统的集成控制;使用多层现场总线的网络架构来合理分配PLC和机器人的控制任务;使用安全PLC来完成大量安全信号的采集和逻辑处理,极大提高整线控制系统的标准化、模块化水平。 Applications of industrial robots have become one of very important symbols of modern automotive manufacture. Robotic welding system is a typical integrated application of multiple complex systems, based on the PROFIBUS field bus. The technology of system control is researched and developed independently. And the integrated control system for the multi-layer and multi-bus of multi-industrial-robots welding system oriented to the automotive industry is accomplished. To realize standardization and modularization of the whole line control system, the multi field bus architecture is applied to coordinate PLC and robots. Safety PLC are applied to deal with mass safe signals.
