摘要
针对某启动器生产厂数据采集需求,设计并实现了基于工业以太网的数据采集系统。该系统分为自动采集和手工采集两部分,对制造过程中的关键实时数据实现自动采集,而无法通过仪表获取的数据通过客户端手工录入。针对手工录入、统计表格种类繁多、形式多样和不同表格间数据重复的问题,本文提炼出几个表格模板,并减少数据冗余,实现了PC客户端录入统一格式。
To meet the requirement of data acquisition for a manufacturing company, a data acquisition system based on industrial Ethernet is designed and implementation. The system consists of automatic acquisition of the critical data from the machine and manual acquisition of the other data by manual input on PC client. To resolve the problems of various data sheet and data redundance, several typical data sheets and unified input form are designed successfully.
