摘要
介绍了圆筒体形压力容器端盖上孔系内表面倒角成型的要求和特点,比较分析了数控加工该类复杂曲面倒角的计算机自动编程和手工宏程序编程优缺点。通过实例阐明了宏程序加工中数模算法确立、宏程序编写、仿真加工至工件加工的全过程,及进行宏程序加工的注意事项,同时也证明了宏程序在复杂曲面加工中的优异性能。
The inner surface of holes Chamfer forming requirements and characteristics on the cylindrical shape pressure vessel end caps are introduced in this paper. The advantages and disadvantages of hand macro programming and computer automatic programming of CNC machining of such complex surface Chamfer are also compared and analyzed in this paper. A number of macro modulus algorithm is established, the macro programs preparation, simulation processing to the whole process of the work piece processing are all set out by the examples. It also proves that macroprogram has high performance in complex surface processing.
