136例胸腔镜手术临床应用分析

Clinical application of video-assisted thoracic surgery in 136 cases

目的探讨电视胸腔镜在胸部外科手术的临床应用与疗效。方法回顾性分析2001年6月～2008年6月该院采用电视胸腔镜对136例胸部疾病患者进行手术治疗的临床资料。结果所有患者均成功地在电视胸腔镜下完成手术,无围手术期死亡和严重并发症发生,术后临床症状明显改善,疗效满意。结论VATS具有安全可靠、有效、微创和恢复快等优点,尤其适合于青少年自发性气胸患者。

[Objective] To study the value of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery （VATS） in thoracic surgeries. [Methods] The experience of video-assisted thoracoscopic treatment for 136 patients from June 2001 to June 2008 was summarized. [Results] All the cases had no operation death nor serious complications, the thoracoscopic treatment gave satisfactory clinical effect. [Conclusion] VATS is safe, reliable during operation with less trauma and shorter postoperative hospital stay, and is a reasonable selection in treating part of chest diseases, especially spontaneous pneumothorax in young patients.
