纤维支气管镜检查在咯血患者病因诊断中的价值

Value of fiberoptic bronchoscopy in etiological diagnosis of emptysis

目的探讨纤维支气管镜检查对咯血患者病因诊断的价值。方法回顾性分析240例咯血患者纤维支气管镜检查结果及临床资料。结果240例咯血患者经纤维支气管镜检查明确病因210例,诊断率87.5%。炎症、结核、肿瘤是咯血患者常见病因。结论纤维支气管镜检查是咯血病因诊断的重要手段,具有重要的临床应用价值。

[Objective] To explore the diagnostic value of fiberbronchoscopy in searching the causes of hemoptysis. [Methods] The results of fiberbronchoscopy examination and clinical data were retrospectively analyzed in 240 patients with hemoptysis. [Result] The causes of hemoptysis were identified by fiberbronchoscopy in 210 of 240 cases（87.5%）. The main causes were inflammation, tuberculosis and tumor. [Conclusion] Fiberbronchoscopy is the main technique for diagnosing the causes of hemoptysis and is of important clinical value.
