摘要
目的探讨手助腹腔镜肾切除术的临床应用价值。方法采用手助腹腔镜行单纯肾切除术6例。结果6例手术均获成功,无术中、术后并发症发生。手术时间110～240min,平均180min,术中出血50～170mL,平均115mL,术后住院时间5～12d。结论手助腹腔镜肾切除术操作安全,手术时间缩短并使腹腔镜切除较大肾脏成为可能。
[Objective] To evaluate the role of hand-assisted laparoscopic nephrectomy in clinic. [Methods] Hand-assisted laparoscopic nephrectomy was performed on 6 patients. [Results] Hand-assisted laparoscopic nephrectomy was performed successfully on the 6 patients. There were no intraoperative and postoperative complications. The mean surgical time was 180 minutes （range 110-240 minutes）, the mean blood loss was 115 mL （range 50-170 mL）. The postoperative hospital stay was 5-12 days. [Conclusions] Hand-assisted laparoscopic nephrectomy can be performed successfully in a short period of time. It is possible to remove large kidney with this technique.
