摘要
利用不同质量浓度的矮壮素喷洒一年生香椿实生苗。结果表明:①矮壮素500g/m3、1000g/m3、2000g/m3质量浓度对一年生香椿实生苗木质化具有极显著促进作用,且单位面积I、II级苗木株数随浓度增大而增加,矮壮素250g/m3质量浓度对香椿木质化的促进作用不明显。②乙烯利的4个质量浓度对一年生香椿实生苗木质化均具有极显著促进作用,在250g/m3、500g/m3、1000g/m3质量浓度等级中,单位面积I、II级苗木株数随浓度增大而增加,在2000g/m3质量浓度时,单位面积I、II级苗株数反而减少。
The effects of two plant growth regulators, cycocel (CCC) and ethrel, on the lignificatin of the one - year - old seedlings of Toona sinensis were studied. The result showed that: 1 ) application of eyeoeel (CCC) at 500, 1000, 2000ppm significantly enhanced the lignification of the seedlings, while the concentration of 250ppm had no obvious effect, and with the increase of the concentration, the number of the grade - Ⅰ and grade - Ⅱ seedlings per unit area increased; 2) application of ethrel at 4 different concentrations all significantly enhanced the seedling lignification, and the number of Ⅰ、Ⅱ grade seedlings per unit area increased with the increase of ethrel's concentration for 250ppm, 500ppm, 1000ppm, while the number reduced at 2000ppm.
