摘要
介绍了莱钢结合HRB400热轧带肋钢筋生产经验,按钢筋的钢种、规格大小采用不同的微合金化方法,进行窄成分范围设计;并采用了合理的冶炼和加热、轧制等生产工艺参数,成功开发了HRB500E抗震钢筋,并优化提升了HRB400E钢筋的抗震指标。证明莱钢目前生产的抗震钢筋抗震性能优良,强屈比、延伸率、冷弯性能均达到了标准要求,具有较好的综合性能,能够较好地满足工程抗震设计、施工的要求。
Based on the experience in making HRB400 ribbed bar, Laiwu oped .hot-rolled HRB500E ribbed bar, optimized HRB400E quality indexes Steel Group sueeessfully develby adopting different micro-M- loying methods and designing narrow-composition range according to grades and dimensions and reasonable producing and process parameters in smelting, heating and rolling. It is shown that the shock resistance of the steel is fine ,its yield ratio ,elongation and cold bending have reached the demands specified in the standard. The product has better integrated performance, and can meet the requirements of shock resistance in design and construction.
