摘要
对起重机用聚氨酯缓冲止位材料制备工艺进行了系统研究,发现扩链剂(乙二醇)、发泡剂(二氯甲烷)对聚氨酯微孔弹性体的性能影响很大。确定了制备邵氏A硬度60-80、密度0.55-0.65 g/cm^3、压缩50%时恢复率大于98%的聚氨酯微孔弹性体最佳配方体系,即:聚醚和乙二醇质量比为92∶8;发泡剂质量分数为(0.2±0.04)%(以聚醚组分记);催化剂微量;异氰酸酯指数为1.05。
This essay detailedly studied the preparation technology of polyurethane microporous elastomer (PUME) as the cushion material used on the crane. It was found that the influence of chain extender (ethylene glycol) and blowing agent (dichloromethane) on the properties of PUME was very obvious. In order to obtain the PUME with Shore A60-80,density 0.55-0.65 g/cm^3,50% compression resume rate 〉 98 %, the optimum formulation of the preparation of PUME was determined, the optimum formulation was: polyether/EG mass ratio 92 : 8, blowing agent (0.2 ±0. 04)% (based on polyol component),trace catalyst,isocyanate index 1.05.
