摘要
作为一种不产生亚硝胺的环保型绿色促进剂,烷基二硫代磷酸锌有着其它促进剂无可比拟的优势,但以前其应用多见于三元乙丙橡胶。鉴于此,笔者将其应用在天然橡胶中,经过实验对比,发现它与其它常规促进剂相比,有着比较好的硫化焦烧特性,很好的抗硫化返原性;作为副促进剂与次磺酰胺类促进剂有着良好的协同作用。同时通过对力学性能的探讨,确定了其单独使用时的最佳用量。
As a friendly environmental accelerator not producing nitrosamine during sulfur curing process,zinc dialkyl-dithiophosphate has some advantages that other accelerator can＇t compare. However,the application of that accelerator is mainly in EPDM. So I use that in natural rubber. Through experimental comparison,l find it has good vulcanizing and scorching properties, good anti-reversion properly. As assistant accelerator, it has good cooperation with other acidic major accelerator, especially CZ. At the same time, through the discussion of the mechanical properties in different condition,I make sure its best dosage when using zinc dialkyl-dithiophosphate alone in natural rubber.
