美国关于中小学教师质量与学生成绩关系研究述评

摘要 作为世界教育改革的先锋,美国已将提高教师质量提升到美国国家发展战略的高度。美国学者经过多方实验,从教师资格、教师特性、教师实践和教师绩效四个方面诠释了教师质量与学术成绩的关系。尽管实验过程和结论都存在一定的模糊性,但为提高教育质量提供了一种新的视野,值得我们借鉴和思考。
