摘要
目的建立测定保和口服液中橙皮苷含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法样品经聚酰胺柱层析处理,采用Agilent Hypersil ODS色谱柱(250mm×4.0mm,5μm),以乙腈-2.2%冰醋酸溶液(16∶84)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为283nm。结果橙皮苷与其他色谱峰分离良好,橙皮苷进样量在0.05192~1.298μg范围内与峰面积呈线性关系,r=0.9999(n=7),橙皮苷平均回收率为98.71%,RSD为0.72%(n=6)。结论HPLC法简单、准确,可用于保和口服液的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of hesperidin in Baohe Oral Liquid. Methods The sample was purified by polyamide column. The analysis was performed on the Agilent Hypersil ODS column(250 mm×4.0 mm, 5 μm).The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-2.2% glacial acetic acid(16:84), and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 283 nm. Results There was the good linearity in the range of O. 051 92- 1. 298 μg for hesperidin, r =0. 999 9(n = 7). The average recovery rate and RSD were 98.71% and 0.72% respectively, n =6. Conclusion This method is simple and reliable for the quality control of Baohe Oral Liquid.
