摘要
目的优选三参降脂颗粒的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以处方中药材所含总皂苷的提取量和收膏率为评价指标,确定合理的醇提取工艺。结果最佳醇提工艺条件为8倍量50%乙醇提取3次,每次1.5h。结论优选的工艺稳定可行。
Objective To optimize the extraction technology of Sanshenjiangzhi Granule. Methods The proper extracting condition was optimized by orthogonal tests with the amount of extracted total saponins and the ointment yield rate as indexes. Results The optimal extracting condition was as follows： extracting 3 times with 8 times 50% alcohol, for 1.5 h each time. Conclusion The optimized process is stable and feasible for the extraction.
