四磨汤颗粒剂中挥发油的β-环糊精包合工艺研究

摘要 目的确定四磨汤颗粒剂中混合挥发油包合工艺最佳路线。方法采用正交设计试验,以包合物收得率、包合率、包合物含油率为指标筛选包合工艺。结果恒温磁力搅拌法包合混合挥发油最优工艺条件是,挥发油∶β-环糊精(1∶3,mL∶g),包合温度40℃,恒温磁力搅拌2h。结论按上述工艺条件包合本制剂中挥发油最合理。 Objective To determine the optimal inclusion technology for volatile oil of Simotang Granules. Methods With the evaluation indexes of the inclusion complex yield rate, the inclusion rate and the volatile oil rate in inclusion complex,the orthogonal test was employed to optimize the best inclusion technology. Results The optimal volatile oil inclusion technology was as follows: the volatile oil was dropped in the mixture (the ratio of volatile oil to β- cycle- dextrin was 1:3,mL:g), churning round by magnetic beater for 2 h at 40℃. Conclusion This optimal inclusion technology is reasonable.
