摘要
1-甲基环丙烯(1-methylcyclopropene,1-MCP)作为一种用于果品贮藏的高效乙烯作用抑制剂,与处理温度、时间、浓度、果实采收成熟度及码垛等因素密切相关。对1-MCP在商业化生产中使用最为广泛的3种处理方法及注意事项进行了阐述。
1-Methylclopropene(1-MCP) was used as an efficient ethylene inhibitor on fruit preservation. Its effects were closely related to temperature, treatment time, concentration, harvest maturity and stack methods. This paper introduced three widely used methods in treatment and some points for attention.
