摘要
以蒜薹为试材,研究了罗伦隐球酵母(Cryptococcus laurentii)对引起蒜薹采后病害的主要病原菌交链孢霉菌(Alternaria Nee ex Wallr.)的生物防治作用。结果表明,在PDB试管中,罗伦隐球酵母菌悬液和培养原液能抑制病原菌孢子的萌发;在蒜薹上,罗伦隐球酵母菌悬液和培养原液对病原菌有抑制作用;越早接种拮抗菌,抑菌效果越好;适量的有机碳源和有机氮源可以促进罗伦隐球酵母的生长,提高其抑菌效果,而添加无机氮源会降低其抑菌效果。
In this paper, the biocontrol activity of Cryptococcus laurentii against the major postharvest pathogen (A lternaria Nee ex Wallr.) on garlic sprout was evaluated. The results showed that, in PDB the cell suspension and the culture of C.laurentii could inhibit the germination of pathogen spores. On garlic sprout, the cell suspension of C.laurentii and the culture broth had biocontrol effect and the earlier of antagonist inoculation, the better of biocontrol achieved. Moderate dose of organic carbohydrate and nitrogen could promote the growth of C.laurentii and also promote the inhibition activity of it. But the inorganic nitrogen added to the cell suspension would decrease the biocontrol activity of C.laurentii.
