摘要
通过对瓶塞压臂进行结构工艺分析,合理安排工序,优化了排样设计,确定了模具结构。对模具设计要点、主要零件和辅助结构设计进行了介绍,尤其是拉伸补偿装置可供参考,达到了提高产品质量和生产效率的目的。
Based on analysis on structural technology of a pressure ann of a bottle stop, the working procedure was arranged properly; the layout design was optimized and a die structure was determined. The key points in planning the die, main parts and auxiliary structure were presented. It' s shown that the compensation device for drawing can be a good help for increasing the product quality and production efficiency.
