摘要
企业文化是现代管理的一项重要内容,但在其规范进程中,面临多方挑战。绩效管理作为实现企业目标的有效管理工具,在人本文化中也遇到新的问题。绩效管理和企业文化作为实现企业目标的两翼,可以实现二者的有机结合。为此应做到:确立共同目标,实现绩效和文化共融;完善考核体系,营造企业和谐的氛围;加强内外沟通,达到1+1>2操作效果。
The corporate culture is an important content in modern management, but it faced many challenges in standard advancement. Performance management as an effective tool to achieve a corporate goal has encountered new problems in humanistic culture. Performance management and corporate culture, just like two wings of an enterprise, they can be bound together to achieve business goals. Thus we should establish a common goal to combine performance and culture; we should improve the evaluation system and create a harmonious atmosphere for business; we should strengthen internal and external communication to achieve better operating results.
