6.5kW多路组合双管正激变换器的仿真和研制

摘要 在输出高压场合,由于次级二极管承受电压应力大,一般将多个单路双管正激组合使用。研究了一种初级并联,次级串联的组合变换器,解决了次级二极管电压应力大的问题,同时降低了续流二极管反向恢复损耗。在理论分析和仿真分析的基础上,研制出一台6.5kW的组合式双管正激变换器。 In the high output vohage application,for the secondary diodes of single two-transistor forward converter sufferred from high vohage stress, two-transistor forward converters are combined together usually.A combined converter,interleaving in the primary side and connecting in series in secondary side is studied.The problem that the secondary diodes sufferred from high volage stress is removed and reverse-recovery-loss is reduced.On the basis of theory analysis and simulation, a 6.5 kW combined two-transistor forward converter is developed.
