摘要
混合式步进电动机应用广泛,但其绕组电感较低。为了获得一种控制速度快,价格低廉的混合式步进电动机驱动器,以TMS320F2801型DSP为核心设计了驱动器硬件系统。为了减小低细分低速运行时转子的步进振荡,提出一种软件微细分控制策略。实验结果表明驱动器硬件系统工作可靠,速度快;低细分低速状态转子旋转连续,运行噪音小;软件微细分控制在高速状态依然适用,低速与高速过渡自然平滑。
Hybrid stepping motor is widely used, and its winding inductances are very small,which indicates that the control speed of drive system must be very quick and the costs of system must be low.In order to gain a drive system of hybrid stepping motor with higher ratio of performance,a hardware system with TMS320F2801 DSP is proposed and a software micro-subdivision control scheme is presented to damp the stepping resonance of low subdivision and low speed.The experimental results show that the hardware system operates reliably and quickly, the rotor rotates continuously under the low subdivision and low speed,and the presented control scheme is still suitable during the high range,which leads to a smooth transition between the low speed range and high speed range.
