摘要
为了适应高精度的转速闭环控制及磁场定向控制的需求,传统的控制系统采用速度传感器,这在一定程度上降低了调速系统的可靠性,增加了速度传感器本身带来的误差。采用改进型的全阶速度自适应转子磁链观测器实现对转子磁通和转速的估计,并在改进的三电平算法基础上,实现了系统的无速度传感器控制。在将一个55kW的三相异步电机上进行了实验,实验结果证明该系统具有优良的稳态性能和快速的动态响应能力。
In order to adapt to the demand for the high-precision closed-loop control of speed and flux oriented, speed sensors are used in traditional control system.But this reduces the system reliability and brings in errors caused by sensors.An improved full-order closed-loop rotor flux estimator is employed.It can realize the estimator of rotor flux and sensorless easily.Taking a 55 kW asynchronous motor as experimental subject,the experimental results testify the good stability performanee and fast capability of dynamic response.
