基于DSP的无刷直流电机模糊控制系统的设计 被引量:8

摘要 针对传统的速度、电流双闭环控制系统不能随外界变化而调整PID参数和控制精度不高等缺点,提出了将模糊算法应用到无刷直流电机(BLDCM)控制系统中。采用工控芯片TMS320F2812型DSP作为处理器,实现了模糊控制系统的全数字化。对控制系统的硬件进行了设计,运用C语言编程进行了软件设计,通过试验证明了该系统设计的正确性。实验结果表明,该模糊控制系统运行平稳,具有较高的控制精度和较好的鲁棒性。 The traditional speed and current double closed-loop PID control system can not self-adjust its parameters with external conditions arid has low control accuracy.The fuzzy algorithm is applied into the brushless direct current motor (BLDCM) control system, adopting the control chip DSP TMS320F2812 processor, the entire digitization of fuzzy control system is achieved.Hardware of system is designed, and the software is designed with C language programming.Experiment proves the correctness of design for this fuzzy control system.The experimental results demonstrate that the performance is quite satisfied and the fuzzy control system has high precision and good robustness.
