基于DSP的单相无环流交交变频控制系统研制 被引量:6

摘要 介绍了单相无环流交交变频控制系统设计的控制原理及DSP控制系统硬、软件的具体设计,在搭建的主回路平台上,并给出了整体调试结果。在DSP控制系统的驱动控制下,单相交交变频器能输出频率为0~20Hz电流和电压波形,电流无环流死区时间为0.8ms。调试结果显示,所研制的DSP单相交交变频数字控制系统具有较高的控制精度和实时性,为下阶段研究三相控制系统打了下很好的基础。 A DSP-based control system on a single-phase AC/AC cycloconverter without circulating current,including its hardware and software design, has been developed.The results from the trial run of the whole system are introduced.The resuits showed that the developed DSP-based control system has excellent control characters in both precision and real time and the founded single-phase AC/AC cycloconverter under its control can output 0-20 Hz current and voltage and the current switch time can be reduced down to 0.8 ins.These provide a good base of the research for the DSP-based control system of three-phase AC/AC cycloconverter without circulating current.
