摘要
由于无光耦、无Y电容的反激式变换器减少了器件的用量,降低了成本,因而越来越受到关注。以输入范围为90~260V,输出为5.2V/0.7A的手机充电器为例,选用TH2167作为控制芯片,进行了电路的设计研究。另外对变压器的绕制方法进行了分析。通过对4种不同绕制方法的比较试验,优选出最合适的方案以便于工程化应用。
Recently,the flyback converter without optical-coupler and Y-capacitor has attracted more and more attentions due to its simple structure and low cost.A 90 -260 V input,5.2 V/0.7 A output mobile phone adapter with controller TH2167 is studied as an example.Circuit and transformer design considerations have been presented.Four different kinds of transformers are tested by experiments.An optimal transformer is selected out for engineering applications.
