摘要
在电火工品发火实时检测过程中,由于电磁环境复杂,因此必须考虑电磁干扰(Electromangnetic Interference,简称EMI)问题。介绍了电火工品无损测试仪的总体设计方案,并针对系统的电磁兼容(Electromangnetic Compatibility,简称EMC)问题,提出了提高兼容性的具体措施,包括感应线圈设计、电磁屏蔽、滤波技术、接地设计以及PCB设计。电磁兼容性测试证明,采用该方案及相关措施够能有效遏制电磁干扰,提高测量信号的质量,达到工程要求,从而保证了系统的可靠性,为火工品可靠性试验和评估提供了有力的工具。
Owing to the complex electromagnetic enviroment in electronic pyrotechnical testing process,electromagnetic interference (EMI) must be considered.The overall design of eleetronic pyrotechnical non-dissipation measurement instrument is introduced,and the measures which improve the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) of system are brought forward in view of EMC question in the system.These measures include induction coil design,electromagnetic shield,filter technology, grounding design and PCB design.It is proved that EMI can be effectively reduced in EMC testing, signal quality is enhanced and the reliability of this instrument is validated.Consequently,it may be a effective tool for electronic pyrotechnical testing and assessment.
