大力推进公安信息化建设,是公安部党委在科学分析、准确判断当今世情、国情、警情的基础上做出的重大决策,抓住了事关公安工作和公安队伍建设长远发展的重点问题,具有很强的思想性、针对性、指导性。基层公安机关作为直接面向群众、直接服务群众的一线战斗实体,在加强信息化建设中必须突出抓领导、抓采集、抓研判、抓应用、抓规范。

Carrying forward information construction of public security at all costs is an essential strategic decision performed by the CPC of Ministry of Public Security on the basis of scientifically analyzing and accurately judging current situations of our country and police departments, and it is ideological, pointed and directive. As the basis fight entity which confronts and serves the people, the basic public security organ should stress leadership, collection, study and judgment, application and standards.
