课程建设与改革发展是提高教学质量的根本途径,而确定合理的课程体系,是课程建设与改革的核心和前提条件。首先根据交通职业市场需要分析学生就业方向,确定人才培养目标;再根据该目标人才所应具有的关键职业知识、技能和职业素质,"演绎"出所需设置的核心课程,然后由核心课程"演绎"出所需的拓展课程和基础课程。"目标演绎法"将素质教学融合于理论教学和实践教学中,将双证书制度融合于交通高等职业教育课程体系中,提高教学质量,培养合格人才。
