摘要
文章对数字环境下的传统图书馆体制、组织结构、业务流程和人力资源等管理要素进行分析,查找出传统图书馆中不适应数字图书馆发展的新问题,进而提出图书馆创新生成的原因和图书馆创新的内容。
This paper investigates the system, structure, process of service and human resources management of a digitalized library, in order to expose the problems which might hinder the development of a digitalized library. At the end of the paper, some innovations and their rationales are provided.
