酵母废水中颗粒性有机物的GC-MS分析 被引量:1

摘要 酵母废水成分复杂,可生化性差,对其成份进行剖析对于酵母废水的有效处理很有必要。本文将酵母废水中颗粒性有机物与可溶性有机物分离后采用索氏萃取-GC/MS的分析方法进行分析,确定了该废水中颗粒性有机物中的中等极性以下的有机物主要有48种,主要类别为酚类、酯类、含苯杂环类、长链烷烃、醇类、酮类、烯烃等。 The composition of yeast wastewater is very complicated and refractory. The analysis of the components in the wastewater is highly important for the effective treatment. In this paper, suspended organic substances are separated from yeast wastewater by filter, then GC/MS is applied to examine the constituents, and more than 48 compounds are detected. Of these constituents, the content of hydrocarbons, esters, phenols, alcohols, organic acids, heterocyclic rings are relatively high, however concentration of ketons, aldehydes are relatively low.
