摘要
本文首先在说明了当代中国大学教育发展的现状的同时,论述了地方高校培养创新型人才的重要意义,接着阐释了创新型人才的内涵和素质要求,最后提出了培养创新型人才的新理念以及实施途径。
This thesis firstly introduces the status quo of college education nowadays in China. Meanwhile, it demonstrates the importance of cultivating creative talent in local colleges and universities. Then the paper explains the content and qualified requirement of creative talent, and puts forward the new concept as well as the method of cultivating creative talent
