我国是一个人口众多,资源相对不足的国家,而吉林省一次性能源人均占有量又仅为全国平均值的13%,重要能源短缺已对经济发展构成严重制约。吉林省可再生能源丰富,生物质能、太阳能等可再生能源产业的发展不但可减少经济对石化能源的依赖,而且可减少对自然环境的破坏,有效地解决吉林省经济发展与能源短缺和环境保护之间的矛盾。

With the rapid economic growth of China, energy restriction became adverse factors on the development of economy. China was a nation that had excess population and insufficient energy, and Jilin Province＇s per capita primary energy only accounts for 13% of the national average. Energy insuffciency restricted economic development. Renewable energy such as solor, biomass was an inexhautible energy resource.
