摘要
维甲酸是促分化的生物活性分子;Forskolin则系天然植物中的腺苷酸环化酶特异激活剂,能促进细胞内cAMP的积累而有抑增殖作用。实验发现,维甲酸与Forskolin均能使胃癌及肺癌细胞在裸鼠中的成瘤受到不同程度的抑制,软琼脂集落形成缩小。在昆明种小鼠中,维甲酸与Forskolin也能抑制Ehrlich腹水癌的生长,提高其存活率。
Retinoic acid is an active biological molecule of differentiation, while Forskolin is a specific activator of adenylate cyclase in natural plants which has effect on the accumulation of CAMP in cells and suppression of cell proliferation. The study showed that both retinoic acid and Forskilin could, in different degree, inhibit the growth of stomach and lung cancer cells in nude mice and make CFC of soft agar smaller. It was found out in Kunming mice that retinoic acid and Forskilin also have an inhibitory effect on the growth of Ehrlich carcinoma, thus being able to raise the survival rate of the mice.
