摘要
基于亚硝酸根对氯酸钾氧化溴甲酚绿而使其褪色所起的催化作用,建立了高灵敏度催化光度法测定痕量亚硝酸根的新方法,测定范围为0.08~0.64μg/ml,用于硝酸钾和唾液中亚硝酸根的测定,结果满意。
Based on the catalytic effect of nitrite to oxidize potassium chlorate with bromocresol green on its discoloration, a new effective method of catalytic spectrophotometry was proposed for determing trace amounts of nitrite with the range of 0.08~0.64 mg/ml to determine nitrite trace in potassium nitrate and saliva samples with satisfactory results.
