摘要
对我院１９９３年至１９９５年６月９９３例正常孕产妇病历进行乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原（ＨＢ－ｓＡｇ）阳性率的回顾性调查，经“两对半”检查结果提示，其中１３１人为ＨＢｓＡｇ阳性，占１３．１９％。由于母婴传播是乙型肝炎传播的主要途径之一，调查结果提示了孕产妇在临床护理工作中对乙型肝炎预防的紧迫性。本文还提出了相应的预防护理措施。
The positive rate of hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg)in 993 pregnant women who gave birth in our hospital from January,1993 to June,1995 was studied and the HBsAg,HBeAg,HBcAb were tested.The results of 131 cases(13.19%)showed positive HBsAg.As the maternal-fetus infection is one of the main spreading means of hepatitis B virus,it is suggested that it be an urgent task to prevent the disease in clinical nursing.Some effective measures to prevent HB infection and to nurse the patients are presented in the paper.
