摘要
建立小果博落回中白屈菜红碱含量高效液相色谱法测定方法.采用甲醇超声提取;Thermo Hypersil-Keystone ODS C18色谱柱,乙腈-0.2%磷酸水溶液(25:75)为流动相;流速1.0mL.min-1;柱温25℃,检测波长282nm.白屈菜红碱在0.02~0.10μg内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.17%,RSD=1.10%.该方法灵敏度高,准确性好,专属性强,可用于小果博落回药材的质量控制.
A HPLC method was established for the determination of Chelerythrine in Maclesya microcarpa (Maxim) Fedde. The samples were extracted by supersonic with methanol. RP-HPLC analysis was carried out on Thermo Hypersil-Keystone ODS C18 column and the mixture of Acetonitrile - 0.2% Orthophosphoric acid (25:75) as the mobile phase, the detection wavelength at 282 nm, the column temperature at 25 ℃ and the flow rate at 1.0 mL·min^-1. The standard curve was linear over the range of 0.02-0.10 μg, and the average recovery was 99.17% with RSD 1.10%. The method is sensitive, accurate and specific. It may be used for the quantitative determination of Chelerythrine in Maclesya microcarpa (Maxim) Fedde .
