摘要
基于焊缝纹理特征的视觉识别方法,对于在多层多道焊的后续焊、盖面焊步骤中实现焊缝自动跟踪具有重要意义.从充分利用焊缝图像纹理特征的思路出发,分别对焊缝视觉识别的两个步骤(图像处理和位置识别)进行了方法探究和算法设计.在图像处理中使用了±45°的Sobel算子进行边缘检测,在位置识别中结合了投影法和区域积分的方法,用以确定焊缝中轴线的位置.结果表明,提出的方法在原理上简单易行,且能够同时满足实时性和准确性的要求.
The weld seam auto-tracking,which provides important assurance for the automation of welding robots,depends indispensably upon the reliable and real-time vision detection.Considering the seam texture properties,a method was proposed to recognize the weld seam image,which consisted of two steps: image processing by modified sobel edge detector and recognition of seam by applying domain integration.The simulation on Matlab demonstrates that the algorithm developed through this conception can satisfy the requirements of both rapidity and precision.
