摘要
偶氮胂Ⅲ在氯化钠溶液中有两个清晰的极谱波,峰电分别位于-0.64和-0.78V(对银-汞电极而言),第二个波可用来定量测定偶氮胂Ⅲ。其浓度在0~3.2×10^(-5)mol/L间和峰电流成直线关系。本法已应用于试剂偶氮胂Ⅲ纯度测定。本文还研究了偶氮胂Ⅲ的极谱性质,结果表明,偶氮胂Ⅲ的极谐波系吸附波。
Arsenazo Ⅲ produced twe distinct polarographic waves in the medium ofNaCl solution. The peak potentinals were obtained at -0.64 and -0.78V(vs.Ag-Hg electrode), respectively. The second wave was used for quantitativeanalysis. There was a linear relationship between the peak current andconcentration of Arsenazo Ⅲ in the range from 0 to 3.2×10^(-5)mol/L. It hadbeen applied to determine the pureness of Arsenazo Ⅲ reagent. The polarographic properties of Arsenazo Ⅲ had been studied, and itwas shown that the polarographic wave was an adsorption one.
