摘要
目的:观察正畸牙不同受力时间的电活力测试值变化,探讨正畸力对牙髓的影响。方法:使用数字式全自动无痛牙髓活力测试仪对30名戴矫治器正畸病人554个牙齿在受力1d,1周,1个月,2个月,6个月及治疗结束后进行电活力测试,并与受力前后的数值进行比较。结果:正畸牙受力1d,15.5%表现敏感;受力1周,27.6%表现敏感;受力1个月,35.9%表现敏感;受力2个月,35.7%表现敏感;受力6个月,22.4%表现敏感;治疗结束后17.5%表现敏感。各牙位间敏感牙发生率不均等,其中前磨牙区敏感牙数所占比例最高。结论:正畸牙在受力过程中敏感性逐渐增大,1个月和2个月时为最敏感;然后敏感性逐渐降低;其中前磨牙最敏感。
AIM: To observe the electric pulp testing scores of orthodontic teeth at 1 day, lweek, 1 month, 2 months, 6 months and after the therapy. METHODS : Digital technology automatized pulp vitality tester was used to detect 554 orthodontic teeth of 30 patients. After the orthodontic force was applied the scores of teeth were observed at 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 2 mouths, 6 months and after the therapy, and then the changes between them were analysised. RESULTS:The susceptible rate was 15.5% in 554 orthodontic teeth at 1 day, 27.6% at 1 week, 35% at 1 month,35.7% at 2 months, 22.4% at 6 months and 17.5% after the therapy. CONCLUSION :The susceptible rate of orthodontic teeth increases gradually ,and to the highest at 1 month and 2 months; then the susceptible rate of orthodontic teeth reduces gradually. The premolars are the most susceptible.
