On the basis of various comments on “business transformation” and “enterprise gene”, the article redefines the basic connotation of “business transformation” and “enterprise gene”. Taking gene＇s role as foundation, it also constructs a kind of high-grade transforming mode which is from easy to difficult, from simple to complicated, and provides a solution for the transformatiom, which can be implemented with a better operability.
