开发地方文献资源提升“地域文化软实力”——以侨乡青田为例

On How to Develop the Native Archival Resources to Raise the Local Cultural Strength

十七大报告将增强文化软实力作为发展、繁荣社会主义文化的重要任务,表明文化建设被提升到了国家战略的高度。文化软实力是当代社会发展的重要力量,要提升文化软实力,就要加强文化建设,而作为与文化事业相生相伴的地方文献,在文化建设、提升文化软实力中具有奠定根基、提升凝聚力与感召力、增值、创新融合的作用。具体到某个地域,全面系统地收集、编制有关地方各种资源的文献,积极介入节庆等重大地域综合活动,自觉利用各种平台打造地域核心价值观,是提升地域文化软实力的现实途径。

In the Report to the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, one of the most tasks is mentioned to strengthen the cultural position in order to develop and enrich our socialist culture. It shows the importance for the construction of the cultural building. The local archives can be very helpful in these fields. There are practical ways to raise the local cultural strength by collecting and editing the native archives to work for the local economical construction.
