摘要
合成出了西布曲明晶体,并确定了晶体为斜方晶系,空间群为Pbcn,晶体结构测定结果表明,西布曲明晶体具有手性反式结构。运用晶体化学和纳米科技的基本原理对西布曲明的纳米化药理进行了分析,通过对该配合物不同纳米尺度微粒的晶胞数、原子数、表面原子数及其比例的计算,分析讨论了微粒纳米尺度变化与化学活性的相关关系,为西布曲明药用原理提供了分析基础。
The Sibutramine Hdrochloride crystal has been synthesized and attributed it to orthorhombic system, its space group is Pbcn. The result showed that, the sibutramine hdrochloride crystal has trans-chiral structure. And use the basic principle of crystal chemical and nano-technology to made some pharmacological analysis on Sibutramine Hdrocbloride. And then some theoretical foundation has also been given to the assumption through the calculation of the crystal cell numbers, the atomieity, the surface layer atomieity and its proportion. In addition, the paper has also analyzed and dis- cussed the coherent relationships between the structural stability and the chemical activity as the dimension of the title compound particles varied. These all lay an analytical foundation on the offieinal principle of Sibutramine Hdroehlofide
