21世纪经济全球化背景下企业之间的竞争,根本上就是文化的竞争。中国企业要想在国际市场中求得生存和发展,就必须充分重视自身的资源优势,传承中国传统文化的精华,汲取当代先进的管理思想和理论,建设具有中国特色的社会主义企业文化。
In 21 century, the competition of enterprises in the environment of economic globalization, basically it is culture competition. Chinese enterprises want to survive and develop in this international market, it must appreciate Chinese resource advantages, carrying on the essence of Chinese traditional culture, absorbing modernized management experience, constructing Chinese characteristics socialism enterprise culture.
