摘要
本文将多次标准加入法用于多组份显色体系的分光光度定量测定,推导了反推矩阵形式的计算公式。并给出了两个利用本法进行测定的实例。
A multistandard addition method for spectrophotometric determinationof colour reaction system of multicomponent is developed. The stan-dards are added to the sample solution in order to perform themultivariate calibration step in the solution itself, and the 'matrix-effect' is eliminated. The equation in the form of reverse, C_0= [ΔC][ΔA]~t([ΔA][ΔA]~t)^(-1)A_0, is derived, where C_0 is the concentration column vectorof initial analyte, A_0 is the column vector of initial absorances, [ΔC] isthe concentration matrix of standard added and [ΔA] is the matrix of incr-eased absorbance with volume--corrected. Two examples, EDTA--Cu, Ni and5--Br--PADAP-Zn, Mn, are examined with this method and the results aresatisfactory.
