Constructing Cultivate Mechanism of the College Students' Creative Quality——Based on the Scientific Development Concept Perspective

培养大学生的创新素质是素质教育的核心内容。对大学生创新素质进行了界定,系统分析了影响和制约大学生创新素质培养的因素。基于科学发展观的视角,从构建多元人才素质评价体系等五个方面对大学生创新素质培养的机制进行了探讨。

Training of creative quality of college students is the core of quality education. In this paper, the college student＇s creative quality is defined and systematic analysis of the impact and constraint of college student＇ s creative quality training factor is done. Based on the scientific development concept, on five aspects, especially building a multi-evaluation of the quality of the personnel system, the training mechanisms of college student＇ s creative quality are discussed.
