摘要
介绍了牛奶蛋白纤维混纺产品的定量化学分析方法。通过研究化学试剂对牛奶蛋白纤维和其它纤维的溶解性能,筛选出合适的试剂进行试验,测定牛奶蛋白纤维与常见纺织纤维混纺产品的含量。结果表明:牛奶蛋白纤维/羊毛混纺织物可用88%质量分数甲酸法,牛奶蛋白纤维/粘胶纤维、牛奶蛋白纤维/锦纶混纺织物可用65%质量分数硫氢酸钾法,牛奶蛋白纤维/棉、牛奶蛋白纤维/莱赛尔纤维可用1 mol/L次氯酸钠溶液/65%质量分数硫氢酸钾溶液法,牛奶蛋白纤维/涤纶混纺织物采用75%质量分数硫酸法。研究表明选择合适的化学试剂可以准确、安全、简便地测定牛奶蛋白纤维与常见纺织纤维混纺产品的含量,可满足纺织服装面料纤维含量标识的要求。
The quantitative chemical analysis methods of milk protein fiber blended fabrics are introduced. By the use of different organic solvents to dissolve milk protein fiber, the appropriate agents are se- lected to test. And the content of milk protein fiber and other blended fibers are tested. The results show that: It can use 88%HCOOH(m/m) solution to milk protein fiber/woollen blended fabrics, 65%KSCN (m/m) solution to milk protein fiber/rayon and milk protein fiber/nylon blended fabrics, 1 mol/LNaClO solution/65%KSCN(m/m) solution to protein fiber/cotton blended fabrics and milk protein fiber/Lycell blended fabrics, 75%H2SO4 (m/m) solution to protein fiber/polyester blended fabrics. It show that the proprety solvents are accurate and safe, the same as convenient to mensurate the cotent of milk protein fiber blended fabrics. It can meet the request of the fiber content of costume fabric.
