摘要
探讨品牌服装新产品开发的流程图;将流程分为三个主要部分:调研与计划,设计与开发,定价与上市,并分析其中主要环节。新产品开发流程在实际使用中要根据企业的各自特点进行调整或延伸,并提出新产品开发流程基础上的三种主要开发模式。我国品牌服装企业多处在选择应用新产品开发模式的磨合期,重点提出在应用过程中应注意的几个问题。
According to the study on the brand fashion companies' product development procedures, this paper gives a chart of it, and divides the process into 3 parts: research and plan, design and develop- ment, pricing and distributing. In the practice of fashion business the process is always adjusted or ex- panded based on the conditions of companies. This paper also indicates 3 main models on the basis of the product development. As most brand fashion companies in China are in the running-in period of introdu- cing new models, so the paper points out some issues that those companies should pay attention to.
