摘要
本文研究了材料和工艺对甲烷气体传感器性能的影响。结果表明,当气体探测元件涂Pt-Pd复合催化剂而参比元件用Al_2O_3制作时,传感器的性能良好。
The influence of the material and technique on the performance of the CH_4gas sensor was studied. The performance of the sensor are good, when thegas detecting element is coated with p_t-p_d catalyst and the reference elementis made of Al_2O_3.
