摘要
目的探讨企业员工的工作满意度状况及其与内外控人格特质的关系,对组织管理提出了建议,以促进组织管理的人性化、科学化。方法以企业员工为研究对象,以问卷调查的方式进行研究。结果企业员工的工作满意度水平较高;性别、婚姻状况对企业员工的工作满意度并无显著性影响,但年薪对企业员工的工作满意度则有显著性影响;内控型人格特质与工作满意度呈显著正相关,并且对工作满意度具有显著的预测力。结论内外控人格特质对企业员工的工作满意度有显著性影响。
Objective Job satisfaction has an effect on performance of employees. The purpose of the study is to survey job satiis faction status of employees and study the impact of personality traits on employee's job ,satisfaction and propose some suggestions to realize the mordernization of the management. Methods 640 employees were assessed by questionnaires. Results Job satisfaction status of employees is not so low. Difference of job satisfaction is not obvious in sex and marriage, but more outstanding in salary. The internal locus of control could predict job satisfaction and they have significant positive relationship. Conclusion Personality traits have significant influence on employee's job satisfaction. The managers should pay attention to it.
