摘要
目的尝试在团体辅导中通过提高大学生的社交效能感改善大学生的社交焦虑水平。方法对西南大学10名大学生进行了为期8周的社交效能感团体辅导,采用单因素重复测量实验设计,使用交往焦虑量表(IA S),症状自评量表(SCL-90)和社交效能感量表在辅导前后分别进行测定。结果团体辅导后,社交效能感总分及各因子得分均有显著提高;交往焦虑得分明显降低,差异达到极其显著水平;症状自评量表总分及人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、偏执、精神病性因子得分有显著差异。结论提高大学生的社交效能感的团体辅导可以有效的改善大学生的社交焦虑水平,进而能够提高大学生的心理健康水平。
Objective To study the effect of improving social - efficacy on social anxiety of college students. Metbods The group was composed of 10 students from Southwest University, they were intervened for 8 sessions. The effect was assessed with SCL-90,IAS and Scale of Social-efficacy. Results After intervention, the scores of social-efficacy were significantly increased; the scores of IAS were decreased notably ;Total scores and interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, photic anxiety, paranoid ideation and psychoticism of SCL-90 were decreased notably. Conclusion Group counseling of social-efficacy can improve social anxiety level of college students, to take a step further, it can improve the mental health of college students.
